Josh has been the creative force behind over three million square feet of retail, office, industrial, hotel, and multifamily projects. From billion-dollar high-rise developments to historic renovations, his versatile expertise covers the full spectrum of real estate development. Elected twice to the City Council in Gresham, Oregon, and serving as the Executive Director of the city’s urban renewal agency, Josh has navigated the public sphere with the same passion he brings to each private venture.
Josh holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University, with a double concentration in finance and international real estate. He is the recipient of the prestigious Pierre Charles L’Enfant Award for Vision and Leadership in Real Estate Academics. Josh also holds a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and was named one of the Portland Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award winners.

In the heart of Detroit, Eleanor played an instrumental role in supporting Dan Gilbert’s vision, a transformative blueprint aimed at revitalizing a once-thriving city. And her touch has been global; working closely with foreign investors, she’s facilitated EB-5 and other direct investments into U.S. real estate, ensuring each venture stands on a foundation of trust and transparency.
